Product is made to order and ship within 3 business days. Delivery is via Canada Post. Postage price is based on weight and the packaging is as minimal as possible. If there is any delay in production or delivery we'll let you know.
Unfortunately once a package leaves our headquarters we do not have control over how fast it moves. We have been on the receiving end for online shopping and know how excruciating the wait is! We will try to help if we can so please contact us if you feel something may have gone wrong and we will investigate for you.
If your package is broken or damaged upon arrival, we will send you a replacement at no extra charge!
We have a commitment to your skin health success and will work with you via a personal skin consultation if you are unsatisfied with your products. If you are unsatisfied with your products, we will exchange it within 60 days and work with you via a personal skin consultation to determine the best suited products for your skin.
If we cannot find results or a routine that works for you, we will refund your order.
