When is the last day I can order online to ensure my package arrives before December 24th?

If you are shipping your order we suggest the following:

  • BC & Alberta orders placed by December 13, 2019
  • Rest of Canada placed by December 9, 2019

When is the last day I can order online and pick-up at Miiko Skin Co Headquarters?

We are open:

  • Wednesday, December 18th: 3 pm-7 pm
  • Thursday, December 19th: 3 pm-7 pm
  • Friday, December 20th: 10 am-6 pm

When will my Holiday Bulk Bundle arrive?

Holiday Bulk Bundles will begin shipment in the order they were received, beginning on November 27th. Please check your email for order shipment notifications and shipping tracking information!

Can I place an order to be shipped to someone else as a gift?

Yes, absolutely! You will have an option to enter shipping information (different than billing information) at check-out. Please triple check the address and postal code.

If you would like this order to be personalized and a surprise please inform us in the notes portion at check-out. We will write them a personalized note!

I would like to order something else! Is it too late to add another order to my shipment?

If you have not received a shipping notification that your order is on its way you might be in luck! We usually will contact you if there is a duplicate order but please contact us immediately to ensure you have the best customer experience. 

How do I apply a discount or promo code?

Discount codes can be applied to your cart during the checkout process. See the right side of the checkout page below:

Please note that all bulk Miiko products are exempt from discount codes due to the already amazing savings.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

You can purchase your gift cards here. Our gift cards are virtual and are delivered via email after purchase. This email will include instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. 

If your gift card is for someone else, you can either forward them the email or send them the 16-character redemption code. 


Shipping & Returns

How fast do you ship out orders?

All orders are processed within 3 business days and are shipped out of our headquarters in Victoria BC. Read our shipping policies and rates here.

When can I expect my package?

Orders are shipped out via Canada Post Expedited Service. Depending on where you live in Canada, orders may arrive anywhere between 2-10 business days after they are placed. Read our shipping policies and rates here.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Theft & Parcel Drop-Off

Sadly, this time of year is often when parcels can bestolen if they are left out on front doors or in common lobby areas. Currently, our flat-rate Expedited Shipping fee doesn't require a signature from the receiver. However, you can select "Signature Req. (security+ shipping)" at checkout:

This ensures that your parcel will be taken to the post office and not left outside if you're not home to receive it.

How do I return an order?

Shopping at Miiko HQ

When are the last days I can shop at Miiko HQ?

Our last open retail days of 2019 are:

  • Wednesday, December 18th: 3 pm-7 pm
  • Thursday, December 19th: 3 pm-7 pm
  • Friday, December 20th: 10 am-6 pm

Will you be closed during the holidays?

Yes! Our team will be taking a well-earned break during the holidays.

Our store will be closed for retail hours from December 21, 2019 - January 5, 2020. Online orders placed during this time will be processed and shipped within 4-5 business days.
